ABOUT LYME DISEASE TESTING

The Association of State and Territorial Public Health Laboratory Directors, CDC, the Food and Drug Administration, the National Institutes of Health, the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists, and the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards cosponsored the Second National Conference on Serologic Diagnosis of Lyme Disease held October 27-29, 1994.
The attendees to this conference are witness to "substantial changes in the recommended tests and their interpretation for the serodiagnosis of LD" which has maimed and mass murdered thousands of innocent people over the course of 35+ years.
OspA (band 31) and OspB (band 34) were omitted from the diagnostic standard for "Lyme disease", which is in place today.
Yale's Robert Schoen discusses the reason he developed this Method:
Blot-Smudging, or ^ unreadable Western Blots, as we later saw when Dave Persing wrote another article, this time with the person who ran the ImmuLyme trial, Lenny Sigal.
Proving that none of the two OspA vaccine groups could read their Western Blots and therefore lied to the FDA and the NIH about the "Safety and Efficacy" of their OspA vaccines.
1986
* Edward McSweegan lashes out against his employer, the US Navy, in order to give the grants for vector borne diseases to his friends at Yale University, namely Durland Fish. His Naval CO is furious and rebuts McSweegans accusations before Congress. McSweegan is unaware that "cloned ehrlichial ligands" also undergo antigenic variation and would also be no good for vaccine, just like Relapsing Fever, Tubercoulis and HIV.
* Steere develops the first and correct diagnostic standard, which was to "conduct serial or sequential Western Blots, to look for new, IgM, antibodies," and also that "in the absence symptoms and the absence of syphilis (or severe periodontal disease), band 41 (flagellin) is diagnostic." Yale University owns a patten on this: US PATENT #5,618,533.
* Barbour publishes The Biology of Borrelia Species, in which he recommends "treating Syphilis with high-passage Relapsing Fever to raise a fever," because he knows Borreliosis/Syphilis is incurable with antibiotics. He also says "rodent brains were formerly the media for spirochetes because they so reliably infect the brain."
1988
Lyme.org was founded because their son had congenital Lyme - something that was well understood and accepted at that time.
1989
* IDSociety.org published their New Great Imitator compilation.
* CDC states that Lyme is like Syphilis and that neither are curable in this IDSA compilation.
1990
* Kaiser lands their New England forward base at the financially floundering New York Medical College whose president at that time was John J. Connolly. Connolly went on to be the Chief of the ALDF.com and is the owner of a biotech company called AlphaGene. Connolly also now writes an industry newsletter (CastleConnnolly.com), in addition to publishing "Top Doctors".
1991
Allen Steere publishes in Rheumatology News that "the Multiple Sclerosis form of Lyme is seronegative but is sometimes mistaken for Chronic Fatigue or Fibromyalgia."
1992
* Steere publishes that he used the "seronegative Lyme assay" to determine that "4/9 of his lab workers had inhaled spirochetal cyst forms."
* Steere also went to Europe to falsify this test to make sure no one with the MS form of Lyme was ever diagnosed and treated. He used high-passage strains and recombinant OspA-B from strain B 31, which expresses no OspC, the brain-invasion- and-dissemination antigen.
* Steere gives presentation at the Academy of Insurance Medicine, lying about his previous finding that new IgM antibodies were important to the determination of persistence. This presentation occurred 2 years before Dearborn Conference in 1994.
* Cold Spring Harbor Conference where Dattwyler and Luft repeat that "Lyme should be detected by serial or sequential Western Blotting, looking for new IgM and expanding IgG bands,"" Lenny Sigal says "Fibromyalgia could be caused by disrupted cytokines as a result of Chronic Lyme," Benach et al say chronic neurologic Lyme is a very serious nerve and brain damaging disease, and Paul Duray ***repeats*** his findings that chronic Lyme victims' B cells look like neoplastic or cancerous or transformed cells; the Conference Summary is
published by Steve Schutzer in a book called Lyme Disease, Molecular and Immunological Approaches.
* Mark Klempner publishes that "the reason ceftriaxone fails to cure people is that spirochetes are intracellular and thereby protected from ceftriaxone." He also reported that spirochetes treated with ceftriaxone still lived even when there were no fibroblasts to hide inside in 3/46 samples.
1993
Steere and Dressler report that "Lyme is only a knee/arthritis" and did not look at any of the other cases, which Steere did look at and report about in the Steere-in-Europe article, the same year. These 2 articles are essential to the cryme and were therefore published in Europe and are not available free-full-text anywhere except on ActionLyme and LymeCryme.
1994
* March, 1994, the Connaught-Merieux ImmuLyme vaccine trial begins, using the Dearborn/Dressler/Steere case definition, despite the fact that Dearborn had not taken place yet. Lenny Sigal ran that trial, and Arthur Weinstein was in charge of "Safety Data," but neither reported that they actually could not read their Western Blots in OspA vaccinated people.

Both OspA vaccine groups lied to the FDA/NIH about these vaccines outcomes.
* June, 1994, FDA Meeting occurred in which it was discussed how OspA vaccines would be assessed. Dattwyler says "seronegative Lyme victims are the sickest," and that "serial or sequential Western Blots would be optimum (which was already the CDC standard at the time), no ELISA was required."
ELISA's only detect late Lyme arthritis or the hypersensitivity response.
1988-1994, No MDs in America have a clue what is going on except the ones involved with the initial scientific fraud AND the ones that KNOW and continue to let this travesty happen. Some ILADS members attended the conference. Steere says that "Lyme is like Syphilis" to the FDA Vaccine Committee.
* October, 1994, Dearborn Conference invitations are sent out to various labs, to "Come and participate in the proceedings!" Despite no one agreeing with Steere's proposal (even Gary Wormser who said it detected only 9/59 cases confirmed by 16S RNA testing) we somehow got stuck with this standard.
Below are a list of the lab results, all these lab workers and lab owners know the testing did not even come close to meeting consensus, yet it is the standard we have today. They know the standard is missing many hundreds of thousands of people, yet no one will stand for the truth.
Gary Wormser at New York Medical College- Steere's method detected 9/59 cases (of positive lyme)
Igenex- Steere's IgG detected 8% of the cases, Nick Harris
Imugen - Steere's method detected 14% of the cases
Wisconsin-Steere's method was 15% accurate
UCONN- Larry Zemel was referring to Lyme as comparable to juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. Recommended adding band 50 for children's blots.
Roche-28% were positive for 5 of 10 Steere IgG bands.
Wadsworth - had some different scoring system. Did not report on accuracy of Steere
Ontario Ministry of Health - do not know their outcome.
Lutheran Hospital- 14 % were accurate by Steere's IgG
MarDx Labs - recommended adding bands 31 and 34, but were given CDC positive arthritis positive blood to falsely qualify their test strips. Theirs were used in both vaccine trials.
CDC Atlanta - talked about mice, not humans. The mouse criteria was 2 out of three from OspC, 16 kD, 17.9 kD, for the mice.
1995
Schoen and Persing work on the Monopoly Method and determine that Western Blots in OspA-vaccinated people would be unreadable, and that OspA-failure would be indistinguishable from the "multisystem disease characteristic of chronic Lyme."
1997
Klempner gets "the first application of ceftriaxone in late Lyme HLA-knee people" grant:

Only ^ 1/3 of the patients had ever had the 30-Day-IV-Ceftriaxone-Standard-of-Care when they entered this 30-Day-IV Ceftriaxone-Standard-of-Care "re-treatment study."
^ And the PCR positive patients were thrown out of the trial in the beginning, so that Klempner could later claim that "no one had persisting DNA in addition to having a 66% chance of not having had the Standard-of-Care-30-Days-of-IV-Ceftriaxone in this 'Re-treatment with the Standard of Care' 'study.'" (We know of at least one patient who was entered in this trial, but Klempner threw her out because she was PCR-positive in the CSF.)
1998
ALDF.com publishes ACP's Lyme Disease, Key Diseases series, which is the "Lyme is caused by Munchausen's" book, which is also the book wherein Robert Schoen says that vaccine-injured people that are characteristic of the chronic "multisystem disease" that is well-known to be "chronic Lyme" "should be blown off, or else send the blood to the labs that are licensed to use the bogus strain, or the strain that does not have OspA-B in it, because OspA-B in the standard Western Blot mix renders the blots unreadable [OspA causes blot-smudging because it is impossible to properly micellize like a soap, despite their attempts (see the Koreans on the HIV OspA)]."
^ Pam3Cys HIV, Lyme, and Tuberculosis "vaccines" didn't work.
2001

2005
Klempner and Wormser re-publish that "people with Steere's HLA profile for a hypersensitivity response to OspA or similar antigens make enough antibodies to fight off the disease, which is why the knee-HLA people are not sick and do not need IV ceftriaxone":

2008
* March, Kathleen Dickson publishes the Biomarkers, MS, and Pam3Cys immunosuppression chapters of Cryme Disease. A hundred people from the NIH visited ActionLyme in one week that March. Approximately a month later the HIV vaccine trial was stopped because it was LYMErix and therefore did not produce antibodies.
* August, 2008, Anthony Fauci (Director of NIAID) was interviewed by the New England Journal of Medicine and he had to admit he was a cretin for not knowing OspA, the Tuberculosis and HIV vaccines all failed for the same LYMErix immunosuppression reasons.
In between, several dozens of researchers around the world took these mechanisms of OspA immunosuppression to the bank, leaving America in the dust as far as sci-med investment as well as the mechanisms of stealth (bioweapons).
2010
* Milford Hospital re-publishes the 16S RNA method that Gary Wormser used in 1992 to determine that "2/9 people who were treated upon tick bite were still infected."

These methods were never again used in any human treatment outcome trials.
However, the Mouse-Infectivity-Test was used recently:
"These results extended previous studies with ceftriaxone, indicating that antibiotic treatment is unable to clear persisting spirochetes, which remain viable and infectious, but are nondividing or slowly dividing."

The transfer of spinal fluid from one mouse to another is the best way to infect another mouse and prove infection in the first mouse (treatment failure). What's in the spinal fluid is cysts, since the spirochetes revert to cyst form in spinal fluid, as that would be a "serum-starved" environment.

In fact, no scientifically valid method was ever used to determine whether people recovered from antibiotics, because all along it was known that Lyme and Syphilis are incurable.

IF you have been misdiagnosed by the two-tiered Dearborn diagnostic standard the CDC is recommending or because you had a Western Blot performed by Quest Labs (or other labs which uses strain B31-which has no OspC in it) - You or a family member may be entitled to damages.
DAMAGES: Defrauding the public about the new Dearborn definition of Lyme increased the numbers of the permanently disabled who lost the opportunity for early detection!

Do not authorize your insurance company to pay for an ELISA (EIA) or to Quest Labs if your case is new.

Yale owns a patent for a scientifically valid test for all stages of Lyme (US Pat. No. 5,618,533)
Request this test from your MD - Yale's Flagellin Lyme Disease test.
When he/she finds out it is unavailable, ask him/her to discover why not? If the patent claim meets the FDA's rules for a valid analytical method and that the patent claim is that this, Yale's patented Flagellin test, detects late cases of Non-Arthritis (neurological) Lyme, then why can't that test be used?.
There is a 98-99% chance you will have Band 41 (anti-flagellar antibody) on a Western Blot, and you will have a *Variety Show* of symptoms daily due to the immune dysregulation and activation of latent viruses of all kinds..
Eventually, due to LYMErix or the blebbing of TLR2-agonizing spirochetal lipoproteins, you end up with activated viruses of all kinds (not just infections from ticks, but most often chronic mononucleosis)..
Only 15% of all people will test positive to the Dearborn CDC panel, according to Gary Wormser, when he assessed this and scientifically bogus proposal invented by Allen Steere alone in Europe, with "high-passage strains" and "recombinant OspA-B (encoded on the same plasmid)." For this reason, one should never have an ELISA performed, since this only detects late Lyme arthritis in a knee- a hypersenstivity response against these same lipoproteins that is rare and does not come with the Chronic Fatigue aspect of Lyme..
The IDSociety.org was formerly the http://www.aldf.com/, a commercial enterprise established by Kaiser-Permanente at New York Medical College in 1990 by John Connolly, Durland Fish, Gary Wormser and NIH's Edward McSweegan. Seeing the scientific fraud committed by the IDSA 2006 guidelines for Lyme disease, Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal took them to court and sued them. To this date the IDSA has never answered the hearing that took place on July 30, 2009. In February of 2010 CT Richard Blumenthal issued this letter to the IDSA. Read it here:
The OspA vaccines ended up to have failed for the same reason the HIV and tuberculosis vaccines all failed..
The real name of the disease is Relapsing Fever, and they knew in 1992 that OspA could not ever be a vaccine due to the very nature of the Relapse-OspA and the other surface antigens change to thwart the antibody response..
The above mentioned people were defunded and the science of Pam3Cys immunosuppression took off in other nations in applications of the Pam3Cys or LYMErix immunosuppression mechanisms. The latest news is that China is looking at ways to inhibit or reverse the damage of LYMErix..
The most significant clue that you have Lyme disease/Relapsing Fever is the Chronic Fatigue. The Fatigue is due, likely to the now uncontrollable fungal infections of the blood. Mycoplasma attach to red blood cells, distort them (rendering the less able to transport the O2 across the now-mutated membranes, but also due to the fact that the mycoplasma also feed off of the nutrients of the red blood cells. Your hemoglobin and iron levels will appear normal, but without proper microscopy (dark field), the fact that your blood cells are not doing their jobs will remain undetected..
Psychiatry has been completely debunked as a medical science, primarily through they never perform any scientifically valid testing. Lyme should not be treated with psychtropics but with intravenous ceftriaxone, according to the American Psychiatric Association's Guidelines on the Treatment of a Delirium. You can be certain of this because Ely Lilly was sued and lost 1.7 billion dollars over the criminal Rx-ing of Zyprexa for dementia patients. Read the APA's guidelines here:.
