SCIENTIFIC FRAUD FOR PROSECUTION

The Lyme RICO (ALDF.com, et.al) made False Claims to the United States Government

1) Yale, et al, Falsifying the Diagnostic Standard for "Lyme Disease" in order to:

a) Falsify the Outcome of LYMErix (false claim to the FDA),
b) Deny Chronic, Persisting Borrelia, or Chronic Neurologic Lyme and the New Great Imitators on behalf of Kaiser-Permanente at New York Medical College/ALDF.com  (the RICO or the racket is the agreement between insurance companies and the patent holders to deny the existence of a disease until the vaccine is ready)
c) Set up the Monopoly on Blood (diseases and genetic susceptibilities to them) and
d) Deny that OspA actually caused the New Great Imitators or causes the Yuppie AIDS.

2) Deploying Psychiatry instead of IDSA's Scientifically Valid Biomarkers (research fraud or false claims) (This shows intent to cause harm.)

3) Mark Klempner and Arthur Weinstein and their Scientifically Invalid "Studies" and "Validations"-- These are bogus articles or research fraud.

4) Attacks (Color of Law Abuses): False Reports of Malpractice, False Arrests, Stalking, EdwardMcSweegan and Durland Fish's  Anonymous Internet Disinformation Campaign, Wiretapping, Harassment of Lyme and LYMErix victims.

1) CHARGE:  The Steere/European/Dearborn diagnostic standard is fraudulent and was meant to:

a) falsely qualify LYMErix and
b) set up a monopoly on what is in human blood (new diseases, genetic susceptibilities to diseases), since Yale's L2 Diagnostics, Imugen, and Corixa were to be the only ones qualified to test for VBDs after LYMErix was on the market.   LYMErix Western Blots were unreadable with the OspA-B plasmid in the standard borrelia.  The central RICO patent was US Patent 6,045,804.

Corixa did the majority of the advertising for Yale, Schoen and Allen Steere's monopoly.

Gary Wormser knew that OspA vaccination suppressed the immune system but he still did not report this to the public or the FDA while this vaccine was still on the market.  He continued to pursue OspA as a vaccine through Baxter.

2) Biomarkers discovered by the racketeers, but not deployed by IDSA or Mark Klempner.  This includes all the data found in the 1989 IDSA Reviews, the ALS, cancer, and the MS data.  If Mark Klempner knew about the biomarkers but did not deploy them, while later stating that there were no such signs of delirium in chronic Lyme victims, that's scientific fraud, after delirium being stated as the reason for his MMPs studies, that's scientific FRAUD.  Everyone who declared that we Lyme victims were not sick but just CRAZY, who knew about these biomarkers, committed physical damages, death, permanent disability, slander, libel and perjury.

3) Mark Klempner's 2001 fraudulent "long term treatment" article is the basis of the IDSA phony "guidelines." 

This includes a charge of scientific fraud with intent to cause harm by deploying the non-scientific psychiatric persons to discredit us with their abuse, imaginary it's-all-in-your-head perjury, and doubly-brain damaging psychotropics.  It is malpractice to treat a real brain disease with CNS depressants, according to the American Psychiatric Association, as that makes the brain damage worse.  This is also libel, perjury and slander against Lyme victims and their treaters.

There are numerous instances of fraud in this Klempner article (see the next item), starting with Dearborn being knowingly a fraudulent standard by anyone's definition, to deliberately fraudulent use of "checklists," to determining outcomes, to the non-disclosure of which primers Klempner used. 

Specific to the Klempner crime, will be Arthur Weinstein's "Master Validator" contributions to it: the "validation" of the FIQ for Lyme, his phony  chromatography"detector," and his proposal that the "more antibodies makes the method more valid,." not to mention what he did at Dearborn and as regards his role in the ImmuLyme trial.

A real validation of a method requires that the method not detect two different analytes. 

B) Weinstein "validating" his own Dearborn concept that "more antibodies means more valid," which is the opposite of the FDA's rules on the validation of a method:

This is supposedly a "validation" that only hypersensitivity responses or inflammatory responses could be considered disease processes, when all along stealth disablers would have the property of a time bomb or a Trojan Horse, or not be identified until later, as something else, like a New Great Imitator.

C) Weinstein comes up with his own kind of chromatography detector and claims to be responsible for teaching MDs how to do chromatography, which, if they were paying attention, would make the CT Separations Science Council (CSSC) laugh right out loud.

D) Weinstein was supposedly in charge of looking at the blots of the ImmuLyme-sick cases.

When none of the Western Blots of OspA-vaccinated people were even readable, so we wonder how Weinstein could be in charge of such a group and not have ever looked at the "data," not to mention who threw out ImmuLyme's bad data (which would be, at least partially, Gary Wormser's responsibility and over which he was sued).

Now remember, through all of this, was Durland Fish, who is not a scientist, but a bug-catcher.  Fish was one of the original founding four of the ALDF.com. NIH's Edward McSweegan was Fish's tool and was apparently, the silent partner among the founding three- John J. Connolly, Gary Wormser and Durland Fish.

The racketeers self-revealed themselves.  

E)  Weinstein's Central Role at Dearborn, the scene of the crime.

You can see that that is all fictitious, since, in fact, this clique warped the FDA "Methods Validations" definitions (see FDA rules for validation), and none of the labs agreed at all with the Dressler/Steere recommendation (This was told to the FDA Vaccine Committee in January, 2001. No one agreed with Steere's proposal at Dearborn and the Dressler/Steere prospective study showed only 39/54 of the ARTHRITIS patients had anything close to Steere's hypersensitivity, "more antibodies is more valid," proposal. 

Weinstein was at the scene in every part of the crime, playing the role of the "validator."

4) a) The Patents tell a different story, and b) and the Primer Shell Game.

Mark Klempner never published which DNA or RNA primers he used to determine "No Lyme" in chronic Lyme victims, while simultaneously throwing out cases that were positive after treatment in his "long-term treatment" "study."  Meanwhile Gary Wormser et al have demonstrated that they know what DNA and RNA primers to use when they want to find borrelial DNA or RNA in ticks.  So, to ever thence, since 1992, use OspA primers to determine "Lyme," when they use flagellin and RNA primers to find "borrelia" in humans, is FRAUD.

5) Persing, Mayo Clinic, Monopoly Patent-6,045,804

6) Brain-Permanent;  all the persistence past treatment or treatment failure articles by the crooks, of which there are over 20.  This despite IDSA/ALDF claims that Lyme is "easily diagnosed and cured" and that "there is no such thing as chronic Lyme" is self explanatory.

All the older data on Relapsing Fever also says it is incurable and goes into a cyst form.

IDSA's Russell Johnson says the cyst form may take months to reconstitute into tact spirochetes in BSK media.  That would be because the Mouse Infectivity test would be better, and all the IDSA racketeers know it.

The American Psychiatric Association's Guidelines on the Treatment of a Delirium make it double malpractice to treat Lyme brain with psychotropics since all psychotropics are brain damaging in and of themselves.

The crime should be charged by the Department of Justice as a RICO because Yale knew they could not read their Western Blots in LYMErix vaccinated people in 1995, as demonstrated by Yale's Robert Schoen crime, as well as false claims to the United States or Qui Tam:

1) Schoen on the unreadable Western Blots in 1995
2) Schoen instructing MDs to just ignore LYMErix vaccine injury or failure cases in 1998.

Schoen never told anyone he could not read his Western Blots in LYMErix vaccinated people.  He especially did not tell the FDA. Schoen also was involved in the development of the RICO method:

Yale, Schoen, et.al knew they could not read their Western Blots in LYMErix-vaccinated people, but they wanted all the national bloodwork sent to their labs (L2 Diagnostics and PolyGenomics), so they could patent, and pharm, and be the only ones with access to the new vector borne diseases to patent, and be the only ones with access to - nationally - genetic information about disease susceptibilities (this has bioweapons applications).
